We are growing our ETRM/CTRM Endur practice and are looking for experienced Endur professionals with a strong interest in Commodity or Energy markets and Trading & Risk Management systems. Responsibilities
Participate in Endur (ETRM/CTRM) implementation or upgrade projects for commodity and energy clients.
· Act as a functional Endur consultant supporting physical commodities and derivatives.
· Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Endur solutions.
· Support functional design, configuration, testing, and transition to operations of Endur.
· Contribute to project delivery following consulting and project management best practices.
· Collaborate with technical teams on reporting, desktops, and functional customizations.
· Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Provide functional guidance and knowledge sharing on Endur and ETRM/CTRM topics.
· Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
· 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Endur or similar ETRM/CTRM systems.
· Experience supporting Endur implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
· Basic to good functional knowledge of commodity or energy markets (Gas, Power, Oil, LNG, or Renewables).
· Understanding of trade capture, deal lifecycle, risk, settlements, or accounting processes.
· Comfortable working as part of a project team with guidance from senior members.
· Good communication skills and willingness to work with clients and distributed teams.
· Flexibility to travel occasionally based on project needs.
Desired skills and experience
Working knowledge of Endur modules such as Trading, Risk, or Settlements.
· Exposure to Endur risk results (MTM, PnL) and end-of-day processing.
· Interest in Endur configuration, reporting, or functional customization.
· Experience in Commodity Trading, Risk, Logistics, or Settlements environments.
· Oil & Gas or Energy Trading background is a plus.
· Experience with Endur gMotion or cMotion modules is advantageous but not required.
· Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
· Ability to learn quickly and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
