We are currently looking for a Finance and Office Administration Assistant who will play an important role in supporting our financial processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day office administration.

Responsibilities
Finance & Financial Administration – approx. 80%
- Daily recording, processing, and allocation of expenses, including related receipts and documentation
- Preparation, processing, and review of invoices and other finance-related documents
- Ensuring complete, accurate, and well-organized financial records
- Supporting bookkeeping through preparation of relevant documents and data
- Preparing financial overviews, analyses, and internal reports
- Providing financial information and documentation to accounting, management, and other stakeholders
- Coordinating with employees, suppliers, and business partners on invoices, expenses, and other finance-related matters
- Independently organizing business travel and processing related expense reports
- Following up on missing documentation and maintaining systematic filing of financial and travel records
- Supporting the documentation, optimization, digitalization, and automation of finance processes
- Supporting the implementation of new finance systems and digital solutions, including testing, data migration, and new functionalities
Office Administration – approx. 20%
Supporting general office administration and organizational activities
Managing orders and deliveries of office supplies, equipment, and other office needs
Coordinating with external service providers and suppliers
Maintaining and filing administrative documents and internal records
Supporting internal meetings, events, and company activities
Providing administrative support to HR, particularly with orders, deliveries, and organizational tasks
Coordinating cross-functional administrative matters with internal departments
Supporting the optimization and digitalization of office administration processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in finance, accounting, or office administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluency in German
- Good command of English is a strong advantage
- Good knowledge or understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Availability to work 50% on-site in Sofia
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
