Responsibilities

·       Managing the full project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

·       Defining project scope, goals, deliverables in collaboration with all stakeholders.

·       Write, breakdown and describe user, functional and business requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks.

·       Create plans, scope documentation, forecasting. Monitor resource allocation and dependencies.

·       Distribute tasks across team members and ensure appropriate allocation of resources.

·       Work hands-on with business analysts, technical architects and other stakeholders to resolve issues, anticipate risks, and overcome project challenges.

·       Monitoring and reporting on project progress and tracking the status of project deliverables and highlighting potential setbacks with proposed solutions.

·       Coordinate releases, hotfixes, and project milestones, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

·       Systematically storing, organizing, and publishing project documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing.

·       Liaising with project team, vendors, and partners, maintaining strong relationships and balanced expectations.

·       Presenting project progress reports and exploring potential setbacks and solutions

·       Onboard, mentor, and support team members to foster growth and maintain high-performance teams.

·       Promote a collaborative, solution-oriented culture that ensures timely resolution of issues and successful delivery.



Requirements

·       Knowledge of the Software Development lifecycle and hands-on technical experience.

·       Deep technical knowledge of programming languages, software development, design patterns, product development, databases, and data structures.

·       Understanding system architecture, integrations, APIs, and cloud environments to support design and delivery.

·       Ability to analyze technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and propose practical solutions.

·       Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management to support smooth project delivery.

·     Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, DevOps, etc.)

·       Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks.

·       Strong troubleshooting skills to support rapid resolution of technical issues affecting project timeline 




Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience with product development and modern software engineering practices.

  • Experience working with cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations.


  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery processes.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
