Responsibilities:
- Helping respond to IT support tickets with guidance from senior colleagues
- Communicating with users to understand and resolve basic technical issues
- Assisting with onboarding new employees (setting up accounts, devices, and access)
- Helping prepare, set up, and track company laptops, monitors, and other equipment

Requirements:
Basic computer and OS knowledge (Windows/Linux)
Interest in IT systems, networking, and learning new technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft 365
Willingness to learn IT admin tools (AD, Exchange, Entra ID, Intune)
Basic networking understanding (internet, Wi-Fi, IP)
