Responsibilities

  •  Design and develop AI-powered agents that automate internal workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and improve operational efficiency
  •  Build autonomous, multi-step agents with tool execution, memory, state tracking, and safe action boundaries
  •  Design secure agent toolchains for Microsoft 365 (Graph API, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and internal REST/Jira/Confluence systems
  •  Develop workflow automations using suitable orchestration tools and platforms (e.g., n8n framework, Azure AI automation stack, Google AI automation tools, event-driven automation frameworks)
  •  Implement and optimize modern RAG architectures to enhance retrieval quality, document understanding, and knowledge integration
  •  Leverage modern open-source LLM and automation frameworks to design and adapt AI-driven solutions
  •  Perform targeted model customization or fine-tuning when justified by a specific use case
  •  Ensure permission-aware, auditable, sandboxed execution for all agent actions
  •  Improve agent reliability through monitoring, error analysis, and workflow refinement
  •  Share best practices by conducting workshops, presentations and promoting responsible AI development

Requirements

  •  Strong programming skills in Python for agent development, automation, RAG pipelines, and ML-related tasks
  •  6+ months hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic systems with tool use, function calling, and multi-step reasoning (production or advanced projects)
  •  Understanding of modern RAG architectures (chunking strategies, retrieval methods, reranking)
  •  Ability to design secure, permissioned, and auditable automation flows
  •  Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and M365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) nice to have, but not a must
  •  Experience with API integration, automation frameworks, and containerized runtimes
  •  Understanding of data governance, identity boundaries, and safety measures for autonomous agents
  •  Knowledge of fine-tuning and model evaluation techniques (nice to have, but not a must)

Desired skills and experience

  •  Experience with orchestration or automation platforms such as n8n, Azure-based automation services, or other event-driven workflow frameworks.
  •  Experience with Qdrant or equivalent vector databases
  •  Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or exposure to Google’s AI ecosystem (Gemini, Vertex AI) as an alternative stack, nice to have, but not a must
  •  Experience creating connectors for Jira, Confluence, SharePoint libraries, or similar enterprise systems
  •  Experience building agent evaluation mechanisms, guardrails, and safety policies
  •  Background in workflow automation, scripting or event-driven integration patterns
