Responsibilities
Recruitment:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Employee Wellbeing:
• Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee health, wellness, and work-life balance.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and activities focused on mental health, stress management, and overall wellbeing.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and resources as needed.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, recommending improvements, as necessary.
General HR Duties:
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a focus on recruitment and employee wellbeing
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in various HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
