Responsibilities

Finance Support (70%)

  • Assist the Financial Officer with handling and processing invoices

  • Support in archiving and organizing payment records

  • Help prepare basic financial data, summaries and reports for internal use

  • Support with monthly expense reports

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial documentation

  • Learn and gradually take on more responsibility in the financial workflow and reporting cycle

Office Administration (30%)

  • Manage and place orders for office supplies and equipment
  • Oversee courier services, shipping, and deliveries for both internal and external needs
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing internal documentation
  • Booking travel and organizing all business trip processes
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Economics bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or similar

  • Understanding of bookkeeping or financial processes is a strong plus

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers and records

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • Fluency in English, German is a strong advantage

  • Ability to work independently

  • Available to work 50 % on-site

  • Excellent communication skills
