Responsibilities

  - Develop and execute company employer branding and marketing strategies
-  Implement campaigns to highlight company culture and values
        - Develop and implement Social Marketing Campaigns and Strategy on LinkedIn and company website
        -Manage online presence on social media channels used by our company
        - Organize and participate in internal corporate, branding and recruitment events
        - Organize selection of company and employee presents
        - Gather and analyze data to measure effectiveness of branding efforts
        - Make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis
        - Create content for various platforms, including blogs, videos, and social media posts
        - Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback in all online channels that company is presented
        - Build relationships with universities and other talent sources, in regards with company recruitment events
        - Coordinate employee testimonials and success stories
        - Ensure consistency in employer branding across all channels
        - Collaborate and work closely with Human Resources Department
        - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
        - Coordinate employer branding budget and resources
        - Report on employer branding activities and outcomes to senior management.


Desired skills and experience        

       - Minimum 4 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications
        - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in optimizing LinkedIn posts and content management and creation
        - Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
        - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
        - Strong project management skills
        - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
        - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
        - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
        - Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
        - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
        - Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Must Have

    - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    - Fluent English – C1 level is a must
    - German would be an advantage but is not mandatory
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
    - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
    - Experience in organizing of all types of events
